If you couldn't use the internet for a year, what would you do instead?

At first I'd probably go crazier than coocoo for coco puffs being that many of my daily activities, professional or casual take place there. I could survive without the internet (When I was born universities and the military were pretty much still the main users), but it would be an adjustment even if it were just for a year. I think our society might be even harder hit because it increasingly is becoming a part of the digital superhighway. The question might be better suited what the world would do without access. I'd probably go back to reading all the time, possibly keep the house cleaner (though procrastination seems to work hardest against this) and use my mind to warp the populace in other ways (Though strapping my former Web comics to various creatures might become tedious after a while (Let's face it, this would help newspapers, but they'd probably not print my humor that much). I certainly wouldn't spend too much more time outside in the summer... too dang hot too live some months here. :D

I can imagine a lot of people would go crazy w/o the Net. But we can pretty much say this now. The things we'd do today w/o the Net were conventional way back when.

I couldn't go to school if I didn't have internet. All of my classes are online now! Eek!

If I didn't have the internet, I would have a cleaner house! As is, I obsess over email.
